• Steph Booadbridge

Members and guests are invited to RFS Northern Beaches HQ. RFS are keen to get the team up to the station to show off the equipment purchased with the donation and possibly run through a few practical exercises highlighting their training and skills. RSVP will follow shortly. Ideally we will also look to have some car pooling - if you can assist then please let David Hyde know.

Peter Large is the CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Books in Homes Australia, a charitable foundation that provides books to children and families living in remote, disadvantaged, and indigenous communities.

Role and Career

• Books in Homes: As CEO and Chairperson, he manages the operations, financials, and governance of the literacy charity.
• Community Outreach: He frequently travels across regional and remote Australia—such as Mount Isa—to attend school book-giving assemblies and support literacy programs.
